The best idea to make sure that you don’t smoke is to always carry the nicotine gum with you. Remember not to smoke when you are having the nicotine gum. When you feel tired of chewing on the gum, you may suck hard on the gum to get the nicotine you need.

How to use the nicotine gum?

You have to chew on the nicotine gum in the mouth but not swallow the gum. You are advised to follow the instructions that come together with the package. You should only use the gum when you have the strong urge to smoke.

Do not use more than 30 pieces of gum a day. Too much gum can increase the risk of an overdose. As the urge to smoke gets less, gradually reduce the number of pieces each day over a period of 2 to 3 months. When you are only using 1 or 2 pieces a day, stop using the nicotine gum.

If you have any problems, consult your physician immediately.
