The Benefits of Quit Smoking By Weeks

This is another discussion about the benefits of quit smoking and I am going to reveal the best you can get once you have quit smoking for at least 3 weeks and up to 3 months.

Basically, now you will feel that your blood circulation has never been better. You will be able to breathe in more oxygen and feel refreshed. Walking will be easier and tolerable compared to the times when you were smoking. You will no longer feel like a zombie and this time, you walk as a normal healthy human being. When you can breathe better, your lungs are getting better too. Your lungs will receive vast amount of oxygen that can revive lungs even if the lungs are almost dying.

Basically, you will change into a better person, living a better life and have a better future. Many smokers are able to get more friends after they quit smoking as the truth is no one really like to befriend a smoker unless the person smokes as well. That is why it is obvious that the friends of smokers are smokers too.

Once you have reached this level, you are on your way up to higher level in quit smoking that will bring even more benefits and surprises for you.
